Mallory and Sue were a great team! Mallory showed up first, took a walk-through with me, and immediately got to work! Sue took great care of the bedrooms and offices and kept me up to date on what has been completed - since my wife and I both work from home, knowing when each office was done so we could work in them again was very helpful! What a wonderful experience! Wanted to start a cleaning of my house, called and made an appointment. Owner greeted me and discussed their services and fees. We agreed on a time. Employee arrived promptly and spent more time than originally anticipated but did a great job! Very pleased with the experience and can’t wait for the monthly service!
I started with these folks about 2 years ago when it was just Melissa and her husband Marcus. They have grown in that time and hired on other people and they are very particular about how the house is clean. They’re very fair with their assessments. They deep clean one room a month or whatever you wish. If there’s something not right you are very strongly encouraged to let them know and they will resolve it. I have recommended them to a number of people And I recently referred them to one of my friends that runs a renovation business that sometimes needs cleaners to come in and clean up. Once again they’re very reasonable and they come out and assess everything. Melissa is very good with that. I highly recommend these folks. Get them now before they get too big LOL
Marcus and Melissa have been great to work with! They do a great job! When I think of other things that I would like them to concentrate on, they are more than happy to do it for us! So nice to come home to a clean house after they’ve been there!
